Governance and Responsibility
Our leadership is accountable for ensuring that anti-bribery and corruption policies are embedded across the organization. All employees, directors, consultants, contractors, and partners are required to:Avoid conflicts of interest.Report any suspected bribery or corruption via our confidential internal reporting channels.Complete mandatory training on anti-corruption compliance where relevant.We conduct due diligence on third parties and have strict controls around gifts, hospitality, and donations to prevent misuse or perception of undue influence.
Reporting and Whistleblowing
MCIX encourages transparency and accountability. Any employee, client, or partner who suspects unethical behavior or corruption is urged to report it confidentially to

6. Client and Public Communications
MCIX employees must represent the company responsibly in all communications—whether in meetings, emails, reports, or on social media. We expect:Accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with our brand voice.No false claims, misrepresentation, or unethical persuasion.Respect for confidentiality and client reputation at all times.
7. Use of Company Resources and Assets
MCIX resources—including equipment, software, communication channels, and intellectual property—must be used responsibly and only for authorized business purposes.Misuse, theft, or unauthorized sharing of company assets is a serious violation and may result in disciplinary action or legal consequences.
8. Reporting Concerns and Whistleblower Protection

Acknowledgment and ComplianceAll employees, contractors, and long-term partners of MCIX must acknowledge this Code of Conduct and complete relevant compliance training during onboarding and periodically thereafter.
